What’s production capacity?
We have 3 fully automatic production lines, which can produce 9000pcs per day.
What‘s the process of OEM production?
1, Provide us with a brand authorization for the production of your brand’s solar modules;
2, Place an order to us and pay a deposit of no less than 30% TT in advance;
3, Provide us with a complete set of artwork materials for nameplates, boxes, etc；
4, Arrange production and take photos and videos of the production process, and send them you;
5, Pay the balance payment and provide freight forwarder information to us;
6, We will arrange for the shipment and provide you with shipping photos and videos;
What’s your regular payment method?
1, Generally, we only accept 30% TT in advance, and 70% paid before delivery.
2, Payment of large orders will be based on the situation of each order, case by case.
3, For customers with high credit, we accept L/C for 30/60 days, only for solar panels.
Will the price of your products be adjusted irregularly?
Yes, whether solar panels or lithium batteries, the market price will be adjusted due to fluctuations in raw material prices.
What’s the regular MOQ of PV Module?
MOQ=1*20ft CTN, base on EXW shipping term;
MOQ=1*40ft CTN, base on FOB/CIF shipping term;
What are the requirements to be your agent?
1, Having a company facusing on solar business;
2, Having a certain distribution capability;
3, Shared values and wholeheartedly promote our products；
Do you collect deposit to be your agent?
For exclusive agents, we collect a deposit to ensure our strategic cooperation smooth.
For non-exclusive agents, we do not collect a deposit for the time being.

What to do when a product runs into failure under warranty?
1, Provide photos, videos, and fault codes(if any) of the product failed;
2, We will analyze the reasons and responsibilities for the product failure;
3, If the fault is caused by quality issue, we will be responsible for shipping and replacing the entire product;
4, If the fault is caused by incorrect operation, we still provide paid repair and replacement parts services;
